at for clock times, on for days and dates, in for months, years and seasons. Also at the weekend, at night, at Christmas; in the morning but on Monday morning. No preposition before this, last, next and every. in five minutes means five minutes from now.

We say at the weekend, at night, at Christmas / at Easter, at the end of ..., at the moment.

But on Christmas Day.

  • We're moving house at the end of May.
  • Is Leo free at the moment?
